TWARON-FI®
Fibres

An additive with many advantages.
TWARON-FI® is a synthetic fibre blend of aramid and polyolefin fibres with a length of approx. 18 mm, which is used as a three-dimensional reinforcement in binders and/or surface
TWARON-FI® bridges cracks and significantly reduces thermal cracking and cracks caused by material fatigue. In addition, the formation of ruts is drastically reduced due to the mixture's higher resistance to permanent deformation.
Due to these properties alone, the service life of asphalt modified with TWARON-FI® is around 50 % longer than that of conventional mixes.
Aramid fibres do not melt when the mixture is hot and are known for their high tensile strength and durability at high and low temperatures.

Dustex®

Dustex® is a cost-effective, environmentally friendly and non-corrosive binder for dust and erosion control applications:

Dustex is biobased and is made from lignin, the natural binder of wood fibres in trees. The product has been awarded the "Certified Biobased Product" label by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA).
